Quality warranty, reprint criteria, and return policy for custom 3D printing
Quality Commitment: 3D printing is custom on-demand manufacturing based on client-provided CAD geometry. Please review our quality warranty and reprint terms before ordering.
1. Quality Warranty & Defect Resolution
HỘ KINH DOANH GN3D (GN3D STUDIO) provides comprehensive warranty coverage under the following terms:
1.1. Manufacturing & Slicing Faults (Covered by GN3D Studio)
- Layer delamination, under-extrusion, or cracking due to machine parameters.
- Missing features, major warping, or uneven surface infill.
- Wrong filament material or color from confirmed purchase order.
- Dimensional deviation exceeding allowable manufacturing tolerance (> ±0.2mm or > 2% of nominal CAD dimensions).
Resolution: 100% Free reprint with expedited shipping, or a full refund at customer discretion.
1.2. Design-Induced Defects (Customer Responsibility)
- CAD geometry errors (non-manifold edges, inverted normals, self-intersecting shells).
- Features designed below minimum printable wall thickness (< 0.8mm for FDM).
- Unrealistic structural design for FDM layer orientations.
- Incorrect dimensions in customer original CAD design.
Note: We audit mesh integrity and advise on potential print risks prior to manufacturing. If the customer requests printing after being advised, we are not responsible for the result.
2. Warranty Claim Timeline & Requirements
- Inspection Window: Within 3 days of receiving delivery in Vietnam.
- Requirement: Parts must remain unmodified in their original condition.
- Evidence: Clear photos or unboxing video demonstrating the defect.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Because 3D printed parts are custom-tailored on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Claims are strictly accepted for manufacturing defects originating from our production.
