1. Scope of Services

• Industrial FDM 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PETG-CF).
• Functional rapid prototyping, custom enclosures, jigs & fixtures.
• Expert technical consultation and design optimization for manufacturing (DFAM).
• Automated 24/7 CAD mesh analysis and online quoting.

2. Ordering & Slicing Workflow

2.1. File Submission & Automated Quoting

• Clients upload 3D CAD files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP) to our secure quote platform.
• Our proprietary slicing engine computes exact material volume, print duration, and real-time pricing.

2.2. Engineering Audit & File Review

• Our engineers review file geometry within 2-4 business hours.
• If thin walls (< 0.8mm), non-manifold errors, or overhang risks are detected, we advise proactive design adjustments.

2.3. Production & Quality Control

• Manufacturing initiates immediately upon confirmed payment / VietQR transfer.
• Production lead time ranges from 24 to 72 hours depending on volume and batch scale.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

3.1. Payment Methods

We accept 24/7 automated VietQR bank transfer (MB Bank Account: 9969999973), MoMo e-wallet, and on-site cash at our workshop.

3.2. Order Cancellation

• Before Slicing Queue & Machine Start: 100% full refund.
• During Active Print (< 30% progress): 70% refund (raw filament cost deducted).
• Active Print (> 30% progress): Non-refundable as customized manufacturing is already in progress.

GN3D Studio strictly prohibits and refuses the printing of:

• Firearms, weapon components, or hazardous mechanisms.
• Copyrighted/trademarked counterfeits without licensing authority.
• Content that violates Vietnamese law and public safety regulations.
