• Processing automated 3D print orders, domestic delivery, and issuing official sales invoices.
• Providing direct technical support, mesh repair recommendations, and slicing feedback.
• Sending production status updates and delivery tracking numbers via SMS/Zalo/Email.
• Resolving warranty or re-print requests in accordance with our quality guarantee.

2. Scope of Collected Information

When you submit an instant quote or place an order, we collect:

• Contact Details: Full name, phone number, delivery address in Vietnam, and email.
• Corporate Billing: Company name, Tax ID (MST), and invoice delivery email (for commercial sales invoicing).
• CAD Geometry: 3D model files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP) and custom slicing preferences.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared strictly with:

• Domestic Delivery Couriers (e.g. Viettel Post, GHN, GHTK, GrabExpress): Only recipient name, delivery address, and phone number to fulfill shipping.
• Tax & Legal Authorities: Only when strictly required by Vietnamese statutory regulations.
