Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

1. Scope of Confidential Information

Confidential Information encompasses all 3D CAD mesh files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP, .IGES), 2D engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, physical prototype samples, product roadmaps, and business inquiries provided by the client to GN3D Studio for quotation or manufacturing.

2. Confidentiality Obligations

• GN3D Studio strictly pledges to use client designs solely for automated slicing analysis, quotation calculation, and physical parts manufacturing according to client orders.
• We will NEVER share, disclose, sell, license, or transfer client CAD designs to any third party in any form.
• We will NEVER print extra copies for personal use, commercial gain, or workshop inventory without client written approval.
• We will NEVER capture photos or videos of client parts for social media, portfolios, or marketing channels without prior written consent.
• All client CAD files stored on servers and machine memory are permanently wiped within 7 days following confirmed product delivery.

3. Exclusions from Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that was already publicly accessible on open-source repositories (Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, etc.) prior to submission, or was lawfully known to GN3D Studio without breach of confidentiality.

4. Term & Breach of Agreement

Confidentiality obligations regarding client intellectual property and 3D designs remain in effect indefinitely. Any breach causing direct damages will be subject to compensation under Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law.
